A sunlit Vancouver living room with oak, linen, and warm afternoon light

Spring · 2026 · Volume IV

Furniture for
considered living.

A small Vancouver house of tables, seating, casegoods and home appliances — kept quietly, sold by appointment, delivered by hand.

The house

Atelier is a furniture house in East Vancouver, kept by hand on East 7th Avenue.

We choose a small number of pieces each season — tables, seating, casegoods, and a handful of home appliances we think will last — and we keep them in a working showroom you can visit by appointment.

Most of what we carry is sold in person. A few pieces can be ordered online. Either way, we deliver the larger things ourselves.

A quiet living room arrangement with oak chair and linen throw

Feature · No. 04

A season spent looking at chairs.

Our Spring drop centres on seating — the Mira low chair, the Noor modular sofa, and three new variations of the Linden stool, each made to be lived with rather than looked at.

A short list. Most are in the showroom now. A few can be shipped — look for the lighter label.

On making

“We keep a small house on purpose. Most of what we sell we can walk you through in person — the grain of the wood, the weight of the steel, the way a drawer closes.”
